The charity agency told me that the phone number that they phoned her last time is disconnected.

We had issue with ours.. the water line to dishwasher had a backflow valve when the dishwasher was installed and the problem was when the line was pressurized (when water was turned on to dishwasher) it made the valve close, caused the error msg... we had to shut water off disconnect the line. and reconnect the line and had to barely turn water on at first until line was pressurized then on to full stream.. sounds crazy but might be a simple reset of something..

If they dismiss it, wait and come back in a month or two.Once you have a rapport with a lender or their agent, they may verbally tell you the a rough figure from the appraisal, but are unlikely to give you a copy (at least here).When a lender initially lists a foreclosed or power of sale property, they are more apt to set the ask price based upon what they are owed on the property - unless that amount is seriously disconnected with the market.    

I use a lot of tech and automation but I still have disconnected systems.

Remember, always always always make sure the upstream electricity has some type of disconnect(Main circuit breaker)for what you are working on.

Don't disconnect any utilities during the process.

@Nick Brubaker where I am at it is much colder, but in the fall I go around and do fall inspections and one of the the main things I look for is hoses disconnected from the outside faucets.

Now, one thing to consider in PR is this, first in PR in some areas the power service either briefly goes out or you have "brown outs" that can get your wireless lock disconnected from the Wave-Z Hub or the Wifi Router and the lock won't always reconnect when the power comes back.

Old plumbing hardware often snaps off or otherwise breaks rather than come apart or disconnect easily.
