I would love to invest in mobile home parks one day as well.

Honestly, this is precisely the conundrum we face every day as entrepreneurs or landlords: the balance of being human and business rationality. 

I work every day as if tomorrow I could lose it all.

Very interesting though - wires go out the same day a deal is closed here.

At the end of a day, a fresh coat of paint and a warm welcoming safe home is what most tenants are looking for ;-)

@Dov Klitnick if someone is accepting an offer the day a property is listed, most likely the listing realtor had a buyer lined up.

Theoretically if the numbers all work and you have the funds you can buy an investment property the very same day as the VA home purchase.
