Dawn, Buildium is one the two packages that I am seriously considering and will be using a trial period later this month.

I think this is dawning on the hedge funds that bought thousands of homes.. exit is not for what you think you should get for them..

This is a single floor unit that includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal and 2 car tandem garage.

@Jack Alves I second @Dawn Anastasi suggestion.  

I would shrink the refrigerator to a single 28 - 32" wide space and install a dishwasher between it and the sink.  

We chose to go with higher end Whirlpool appliances by adding a 5 burner cooktop, double ovens (convection), counter depth refrigerator, Sharp microwave drawer, and a higher level dishwasher as well.
