My wife (and I), would want to minimize living in a construction zone with small children as much as possible.

I'm not sure what other life factors and preferences come into play there but here's my personal situation: I'm 29, single, without children, and work full time in my investing business.

I am feeling more hopeful. we actually have 3 children so our exemptions are even more thankfully. it was on honest mistake, we didn't realize having my name on my mum's house, and then selling all needed to be on the tax return. we came here from england where it's a totally different system!

But I do have an exception for adult children that live with their parents. 

Married with two children those medical bills on my credit are not able to be paid right away.

I wanted to be home with my children instead of deploying for a year, so I left my military job and became an Investor.  

When asked if there are any children (heirs) to the decease owners, he was not sure.
