Hi AllI've been doing some browsing and have comeAcross a few properties that mention " ground rent unknown or owner willNot redeem ground rent " does this mean that there is squatters present or the tenants are not paying rent or the owner has no idea what is going on ? 

Obviously you want to be somewhat educated ( Browse on here) and be in a decent financial situation though .

After browsing this site and several other google searches, I can't get a clear idea of the how to take possession of empty lots and acreage.

Brandon Turner, I will definitely designate some keywords and put some structure behind my browsing.

I would think this would make people browse less forums instead of more.

But email is great, web browsing is good (safari crashed are much reduced now but the small screen is still small).

I recommend just ask questions and keep browsing the forums and blogs.

If you are trying to estimate "turnover", you should speak to property managers, browse rental listings etc.

In my opinion once a new member joins the BP team, he/she should consider browsing through the site searching for tutorials and a host of resources to assist them with inquiries related to real estate.

@Jay Hinrichs, I am quite familiar with a few TK providers and marketers as a result of browsing these forums for a few months now but I was not aware of "turn key light" category of firms.
