In short I'd love to connect with other investors/wholesalers in the Chester/Montco/Delco area of PA.Past Projects - Here is my portfolio (can 2 be a portfolio :-) Both projects were self-funded and the lions share of the renovations were completed by myself/partner, with a few exceptions for subs (roof/siding/concrete/floor sanding/drywall.)Ironically I took ownership of each project on Dec 12, one in 2015 and one in 2017.

well I think you answered your own questions. pretty muchplumber for plumbing issues.. you might want a electrician to do a quick walk through of your panel and check each receptacle make sure he did not switch wires..when they really want to be bad they will put concrete down your drain lines.. so if he did not do that .. then your good there.. but you may want to snake your lines anyway just so you know there in good condition.As for the haul off.. what I would personally do.. is go rent a small u haul go to the home depot parking lot or where ever your day laborers hang out grab two of them and have them haul the stuff to the u haul then go to the dump and have them empty the uhaul pay them and take them back to home depo parking lot.. also have plenty of water for them or Gatorade and maybe a sandwich.. that's how I would handle that.

They will run the transaction to the finish line once all of the conveyance documents are in place, but MN has statutory requirements for the sale of any CIC building that you need to adhere to on top of making sure you have a compliant and beneficial instrument of conveyance (purchase agreement).

If you are actually going to owner occupy it then you are the definition of compliant.

You are purchasing an interest in a company that owns real estate.Over the last 15 years special products have been codified by the IRS to be 1031 compliant but fit the category or fractional passive investment.

If you can visit in person it's often pretty apparent through how sound travels and the feeling under foot if it's concrete slab or not.

The subcontractor my general contractor hired to do the foundation had 20 yards of concrete poured today (35 degrees all day and part of the concrete is surrounded by a 3inch pool of water - not acceptable at all).
