If YouTube had existed back then, he would be a Grant Cardone of the times.

I recommend watching some youtube videos on it and taking an intro course on how it works.

I watched RETipsters YouTube videos and his BP interview and just jumped in.  

Still believe that:1) With 3D Tours, floorplans and walk-thru videos (taken & shared by listing agent with buyer agents) there's little need for an investor to physically see a property.2) Agents should better set expectations with investor buyers, so they understand that with #1 above and a great inspection, there's no need for them to physically see a property. 

I have 3 properties and I learned everything from podcast, you tube and conferences.

We sent them the photos and videos to back up the invoice and they have decided to block our emails and calls.

Robuilt did a case study on his pickleball court ROI, I believe he has a video on his Youtube channel about it.
