I'm thinking to use a different company for the SFR to hedge my bets in case one doesn't work out.

I have since been on the lookout for another multi-family, but either the numbers don't work out, price is too high, or my offer gets bested.

I'm gonna have to get one heck of a deal for these places to work out(read 25-30% off asking price)!!

You could workout a partnership with them in some way.Hope that helps!

Many partnerships don't work out do to basic discussions up front around skill assessment and clear understanding / expectations from each partner.  

I know that he is right as she is probably baiting us to make a mistake but why she is dragging out the eviction when she isn't living there is just beyond comprehension to me.She's now compiled an eviction on her record, her boyfriends and her 18 year old son....seems counter productive given that we offered a workout several times in a way that wouldn't leave an eviction on their record.Rick
