Not furnishings but selecting the materials that will go into the new design of the home. 

Being selective in what your record can stretch out the amount of time the recordings are saved. 

MN is NOT landlord UN-friendly or friendly, there simply is no such thing as that generalization STATE wide.

We started taking the Houston phone book which was huge and by category and just flip pages and put our finger down without looking for a selection. 

Applicant understands that landlord may accept multiple applications for this rental unit and retains sole discretion to select the most qualified applicant.

Hey David,In my opinion I think that you should try Propstream.I say that because you receive a bigger bang for your buck.When you work with Propstream you receive access to a wide range of tools and resources. 

There is a lot of advice I can give, but start by offering only a few loan types and work with a select number of lenders until you know the ins and outs of the process.

I have 3 clients willing to buy: they are highly focused on specific buildings (and line) they want, and are watching the market to attack potential distressed owners and grab the best deal.Hope it gives the perspective, even if it's only focused on Miami, that is one of the hottest market nation-wide and some dynamics that are very local (i.e. latin-american buyers buying cash to take $ out of their country) I think a lot of this data for miami is wrong. it's not a buyers market or even close to a buyer''s market.
