@Lauren Kormylo agree that there is a lot more risk and headache with wood burning fireplace.

I have seen a few people mention that house hacking is possible as well but tricky to find a property that can support that approach.

But I see a valid concern here as an investor and if that is a risk you don't want to take I think that is valid.
