I have a baby on the way(1st one) a wedding in July I have to pay 6k on and have about 30k in debt.

I started to realize that if I were going to pay for a wedding for my daughter or pay for my kids to go to college, something had to change.

Newly wed couples do that.  

I got to visit College Station for a wedding this year and had a great time!

In fact, one of them is still my tenant and he is coming out to a recently vacated rental this Wed. to throw some KILZ on the wall, in preparation for repainting.As an interesting aside, the tenant who didn't do very good work also ended up being a bad tenant.
