My understanding is that if you have funds available for transaction A-B (hard money, transactional,etc), you would be able to do transaction B-C because you have already purchased the property with the funding source.

I started getting my first calls yesterday and have talked to about 8 people so far, it's getting easier already remembering/knowing what i need to ask people, I would give myself a B grade based on my newbie status.

Account ClosedIt will all depend on the long term path of oil prices and how much additional stimulus (read handouts) are given by the AB and federal governments {though they have perhaps learned their lessons in that area}.The real estate market was/is extremely frothy and over valued.
