Corporate letterhead on fancy paper or standard yellow letter and chicken scratch?

I mailed out yellow letters and most majority are returned.

I would understand a yellow letter but with the abatement soon its not enough time for a waiting game. 

HelloI was listening to a Cody Sperber video the other day and he mentioned that typical marketing methods wholesalers use are outdated ( bandit signs, yellow letters etc.).He said that potential sellers see multiple bandit signs, MAY receive sever letters or postcards from different wholesalers, and listsource and others of the like are selling the same lists to different wholesalers.Do you think these methods are still working today?

The air inside is thich with stink, the walls are yellow with square spots where pictures were hung.Has anybody done this?

Should have left the purple and yellow though ;)

My wife and I are new to BP and the real estate investing world. we recently bought our first home, and we are looking to build our portfolio.we have no money no credit and we have been reading on bp about low money/no money should not stop us. we like the idea of flipping homes and holding after a couple of flips under our belts. also we like the abandon/distressed homes in our target areas and our plan is to send them yellow letter and seeing what happens from there. thank you for all your support and advice in advance.

I'm a new investor in the San Antonio area, and I'm trying to get into wholesaling, I've been sending yellow letters to people on the counties Foreclosure list, any other tips on finding deals?

I am looking into sending yellow letters to get the attention of the owners and wonder if there is something else I should also do.  

We are able to have different numbers for different mailers campaigns e.g. one number for postcards, one number for yellow letters.
