Which he's claiming that I'm not able to have access (I think he has removed me from some of our LLCs without my knowledge)(Blind trust is a no go) fighting the banks as I'm fighting for access.

Banks don't do sub-accounts unless they are very large, like Allstate Claims Division, which is probably a subsidiary.

you can go to your insurance claims agent (the claims person that you talked to on the phone and has probably sent you 10 emails) you need to file an addendum to your claim as you need more money from your policy to repair the property.

Hey all you land trust junkies I just got an e mail from a title company in MO that closed a deal a few years ago and the buyer put it in a land trust they are trying to sell .. but the title company wont insure it as they claim land trust are not legal entities in MO.so title needs me to do a new deed to clean up title which of course we will do.. but just think if the sellers in other situations were not in the bizz like us and would not understand or respond or you cant find them all those land trust are dead in the water currently.

Unless you quit-claim or buy sub2 and do it correctly, you could avoid the transfer of sale and keep the previous owners rate.

@Todd Allen I dropped my coverage after I had 3 houses flood in Hurricane Harvey and they denied my claims because Windstorm only covers water coming down, not up.

Personally I would demand the security deposit back and then offer to let them keep it if they release you and your daughter from any other claims.
