Again a conventional installment sale is generally understood to achieve tax deferral for a relatively brief period of time (the transitional period during which the seller financing is needed by the buyer and most of the time I’ve seen 2- 5 years).

@Larry Melton I remember receiving a letter from Fundrise a while back stating that they would restrict redemptions if liquidity was challenged from redemptions and that they hoped we understood RE is a long term investment and not that liquid.
