Hi, I am a 22 year old male looking forward to getting started in the real estate market and have no clue where to begin. I’ve seen and heard many different ways to go but I would like to know which is best from wholesale to flipping to rental properties and everything else. Also starting out should I look for investors, use my own money, etc. At my age I know there’s a lot for me to learn as well so I’m all ears (eyes really) and would appreciate all of the feedback. Thanks
