Now the units are not in bad shape so it will be a light renovation that i believe i can tackle it myself.

Something to keep our eyes on.Once April 1st arrives, we will see what percentage of payment isn’t made and tackle it from there.

I'd suggest hiring an attorney that specializes in property law and not tackling it yourself, but the process as a whole is quite simple.

They have far more better things to do than fiddle with spam mail.

Maybe not such a terrible time for us DIY landlords who also work a W2 job (that we are stuck at home from for the time being).A lot of the work that I would normally sub out - now I'm making plans to tackle it myself.

What the videos have found is that after 100 numbers texted, you have to change the text message body, or the cell phone carriers will flag the text as spam and will not deliver the text.

The downside of going after buyers first when you have no experience is that most real buyers get bombarded with “deals” from other wholesalers or get their inboxes spammed with “join my buyers list” emails.
