I could have the down payment in a few months but somewhere near the finish line I'll be couch surfing as I am moving for my job, and will also need to Uber for some extra cash.So the homes I am looking at are around $125k.

I am looking at getting back into surfing as my fellow surf buddies have been moving off island as of late, as long as you don't mind a surf newbie, lets hit the south shore this summer! 

I LOVE using the iPhone app for surfing around the forums, and love that I get notifications right on my home screen when I get a reply, keyword hit, etc.But i've noticed a couple issues, and maybe i'm crazy but thought I would post them here...1) Is there no way to follow a topic on the app?

So grateful for friends and family who will allow me to couch surf with them in the meantime.

I’m gonna recommend the Gary Vee approach: go to school everyday and sit in science class while you read a book/surf online and learn about what motivates you.
