It seems if your at the right spots on Delaware you can be fine, but if you tread to far down where Second Ave is, is where it gets sketchy.

TIA for any advice, and glad to have found this forum.JP 2 bedroom is always going to be preferable to a 1 bedroom.However be aware, 1 level condos, havnt appreciated generally in the last 5 years except in a few spots.

That being said- you have TONS of equity, so you are in a really great spot, that gives you options.

Ingrid,I would make sure you designate a spot in the front or back yard located away from the house.

My got to if booked through AirBNB is I have my cleaner go in at least once a month to do a spot clean and change linens so it gives me eyes on the property.

The cost per sqft goes down as you increase square footage. 1000 to 1200 is the sweet spot.

If these are new builds, there is probably less maintenance, less need for large CapEx reserves right now, and if the rent is covering the mortgage, you're in a great spot.

Its pretty spot on, only time will tell when the correction / bust starts.
