Can the first floor access laundry in their unit or in the basement without going through your potential space?

You know they will want to add more bedrooms to your house by eliminating the dining room and any den or other similar space and turning it into more bedrooms, right? 

We have mostly 2-4 unit buildings compared to the larger stuff but that 5-50 range can be a good space to find deals in. 

Even though she’s got an emotional support animal, you could still set some ground rules for cleanliness and respectful use of shared spaces.

It can, but I find that the majority prefer their own space.

I worry that these posts risk them being targeted by bad actors in the space.
