I’m looking for any info someone can give on them!

When was the last time the weather stripping was replaced on the doors and windows or someone went around sealing the tiny window sill cracks with silicone?

., someone with experience that knows the process. 

I’m sourcing carefully and trying to approach it methodically, especially with the added layer of investing out of state.It’s good to hear advice from someone with experience.
