You are going to be putting in a lot of hours at first with very little pay compared to the time you are putting in, but you are planting seeds that will come to fruition down the road.

I am trying to surround myself with experienced people and soak up as much knowledge as possible.Eventually, I would like to live off of my passive income.

So, I'm here looking to soak up all the knowledge I can from the individuals who are where I want to be.If the current economic climate has taught me anything, it would be that we are expendable as employees and can be fired or laid off at the drop of a hat (which happened to me).

Hi, I am still going through the researching and understanding of the Real Estate business, just trying to gain and soak up as much knowledge as possible prior to getting my feet wet.

I have no experience in real estate investing but over the last week have been soaking up as much info as I can (podcasts, books, blogs, etc).

For the oil staind I use Dawn dishwashing detergent straight and let it soak for a few days and then hose it off .
