We were at a restaurant years ago & the grill caught fire & the old style halon retardant went off.

Bonus things I provide are a smart TV, gas or charcoal grill, sundries, garden hose, vacuum cleaner, and bedrooms decorated as if Hugh Hefner himself was going to stay there.

We inherited a smokers 2bedroom unit in our 6-plex that required stripping it to the studs & subfloor.

If they know you and like you they will be less likely to call the police if there is  problem and just call you.This is my portable cookout setup. 10' trailer with a ramp gate. 2 grills with side burners. 

The renter is currently in the home and leaves tomorrow, but we are already aware that they turned our GAS grill into a CHARCOAL grill and a few other items.
