You can also have the buyer sing the note with you if they don't kill the deal with bad credit, that's even better, then you just sell your half interest.

Apparently, FM believes that Texas Const. statute 50 (a) (6) bars these types of properties from refi--problem is that statute NEVER mentions 'singe family' nor does same statute expressly exclude multi-family.
