Flooring isn't an issue because it's 80% hardwood, The grout in the kitchen and baths could use a scrub though. 

Scrub everything really good including the inside of cabinets. 

Who cares if 2 or 3 units don't scrub their stovetops?

If the trim isn't in bad shape, and the color is consistent, I would lean towards scrubbing it down with a light steel wool, and then applying a few coats of polyurethane.

Get some TSP cleaner and scrub, it will clean up very nicely.

If I don't have time to pick up, clean up, turn on all lights, scrub the toilets and vacuum (all the stuff the agent wants done) that it just won't get done before they show.That means the house may not show as well as it might if I were out of here prior to the 1st of the month.

Not sure you'd be running cattle on scrub land, steep rocky hills might not be the best for grazing.Not enough information to make a suggestion really. :)

One definitely is soot-like and wipes off, the other is where the bed frame was located and does not scrub off.

Michael, Bleach does not kill the mold spores, Believe it or not use Dawn and water to scrub it down, and use a microbial to spray it so the spores do not come back, I do Mold Remediation, Hope this helps ....Zack
