I'm going to ride it out here for a bit on Avail because of the features I mentioned and their excellent customer service, but not driving tenants to my listings could result in thousands of dollars being left on the table.

And you can see in the video renters who do not clean this out themselves, the owners may have to pay thousands of dollars to have these units cleaned up for the next renter- and that includes time lost for days off the market which equals rent lost.

I have seen overages in the 100s of thousands.. so you collude to prevent bidding pay someone 5k to stop bidding and get it for 1 dollar over the owner gets nothing when in fact they could have had a nice pay day.3.

@Michael Mcghee yup Deja Vu all over again.back in the day I do disagree with Marco's comments that the homes were negative cash flow they were not marketed that way by west coast marketing companies.. they were advertised as 100 to 200 a month positive... when things melted down thousands lost these rental homes as they did not have enough reserves.. they would get their house vandalized etc etc.

Or one could spend a few hundred too a few thousand and use a Discount Broker, be on the MLS, and all various forms of this.
