Very similar situation with quit claiming into the LLC.To continue with another thought, having the insurance policy in your personal name while having the deed in an LLC COULD make it easier to "pierce the corporate veil" of protection offered by the LLC, rendering it's existence useless and defeating the original intent of doing all of this in the first place.
