Whenever people seek out a "mentor to show me the ropes" the first question you have to ask yourself is "what do I bring to the table"?

If you are looking for someone to directly teach you, then you will either pay for a mentor system or you need to bring something to the table the benefits them too..... open deals, resources or capital that will help them close deals etc. Its not very often you will get a direct mentor without some form of "whats in it for me" from the mentors side.

If you have capital and are ready to dive in, there will be plenty of realtors, finance people and other services that will help you with the journey... that's their job and the get paid for their services when those services are rendered.....

So just be prepared to bring something to the table and not expect someone to hold your hand through everything will little/no benefit to them in some way
