If they're occupants, they must comply with the rules of the community. be careful asking them to remove something that is otherwise legal to hang, especially if it could be construed as religious.

I know people who avoid interest for religious reasons.

Given the religious/spiritual overtone of the name itself, perhaps the expectation of devout faith from enrolees is a core tenet of the organisation? 

Difficult to proceed, qualify or find investors if you have a proven track record of poor money management.Look in the phone book for help but all you really need is to pay off your debts and get a credit card you can use for every expense possible and pay it off religiously.

So, my passion isn't anything to worry with.I also research this stuff heavily, borderline religiously.

There was a 10 year period where I was religiously contributing $6000.00 a year in my IRA and it was in small cap, mid cap, Large Cap, international, and fixed, and some went up and some went down and my value was the same as it started 10 years before.  

The wide range of experiences in my lifetime and my encounters with community planners, architects, builders, tradespeople, bankers, financiers, accountants, business experts, lawyers/judges, social service workers, religious leaders and fellow landlords has given me insight and perspective that has been invaluable as well.

There's only one high school serving the entire city, so except for the few kids going to private religious instruction or home schooled, the kids living in $500k neighborhoods and the ones living in trailer parks are going to the same school (ranked 28th overall in the state, for whatever that's worth).

The units had been purchased by a religious organization to use as meeting facilities.
