Is this a red flag?

The June meetup for this week (6/4) was suddenly canceled and the associated FB group has been paused. Anybody know what's going on?

No one has ever balked at undergoing a background check and, if they did, that would be a red flag for me and I'd just move along.

Its also a bit of a red flag if they tell you they need a week or so to come up with the $500. 

Btw, this transaction was BIG to me at the time.

There's enough "meat on the bone" on this deal to draw competitive interest from several lenders.My 2 cents,Mike

I'll pass along the savings so that there is meat on the bones for all of us.

Is this standard practice or a red flag? 

I just want to hear it.As well as that, I want to ask what you could have done to prevent it one, or any red flags you saw during the screening process or before it happened, that should have made you act earlier.
