If you're buy and hold, it shouldn't matter, but from a psychological perspective, that can be pretty nerve wracking.That being said, I am very interested in doing the corporate housing thing using condos (having spent time in corporate housing while working as a consultant myself) and I do have an eye out for the right deal.  

You have to think of the kind of people and their psychology/characteristics, etc that led them to be in that predicament to begin with and realize that they are at times, for lack of better word, lazy.

This might be a bit off topic but I just wanted to share a crazy beginner's psychology of buying in an appreciation market vs cash flow market.  

The psychology behind this is that they see you as helping them meet their goals and will not destroy your new purchase.This is way cheaper than using an Attorney. 

There is nothing technical about the work, it's mostly psychological.

If it's less, it makes financial and psychological sense.

A LLC seems to be more of a psychological support.Keep in mind there are additional expenses having a LLC.

An improved job market along with the psychology involved with consumer confidence will keep the home sales market viable and continually improving.

I think it's psychological.
