Same scenario, with a 5,5,5,5,5 PPP structure Rate: 7.25% PAR30 Years Fixed I just closed on a DSCR loan at 5.7% last week. 7.25% is insane… On both conventional and DSCR programs you can get any rate you would like.

There are foreign national programs with 25% down for single family residences and 30% down for 2-4 units with a $100K loan minimum.

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

Without getting myself into a get rich quick program, I thought asking all of you good people here your thoughts regarding financing, project planning and experience requirements. 

You will then need to ensure you can program ,manage, secure and distribute the conditions of the contracts and the reimbursement of the coin.

The best option is to put them on a payment program.

Its also good to know which programs are available and which ones suit you for your REI.You typically want to use the banks money and keep yours in savings or earning you interest.

How has the program worked for you?
