We would be paid an hourly rate and whatever we  spend/accumulate; the friend would get the cash rent until the differance is paid.

If you have the electrical capacity and the drain I would spend the $1600-$1,800 to buy the MUCH nicer ventless GE or LG all in one units.

We are considering becoming a private lender with them and I am doing some background research on him and his companies and wondering if anyone has done any deals with them.

I’m returning to the U.S. after spending a few years overseas, and I’m eager to start my journey in real estate investing.Once I’m back, I have a job lined up with a wholesaling company where I’ll be focusing on buying houses.
