(On a non-BP podcast, I hear the speaker suggest using a VA to do this same analysis.) 

I Have Real Estate Rookie (90 days to your 1st investment) by Ashley Kehr Also Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat By David Green, And A Ton Of Podcasts.

I still feel that books, audio books, podcasts, bigger pockets, and mentors in your local market are the best source of growth.

I know the Real Estate Guys talk about/promote Belize quite a bit Some resources here on their site https://realestateguysradio.com/markets/belize/Their podcast is pretty interesting and that link has some links to podcast episodes they've done about Belize..they do promote quite a bit and a lot's of ads compared to the BP podcast....but you can always fast forward of course.. 

I've heard about cost segregation on bigger pockets podcast and I'm basically going off that.
