Ask these guys who recommended master lease options if they ever done one.

Pay out portions based on the % of work that milestone is per the entire job.So say the job is 100k, and its a kitchen/living room (50%), bathroom (15%), master bedroom (25%), and 2 spare rooms (5%x2).

He makes the homes way above average with really nice fixtures, show worthy kitchens and master suites, etc. and he knows so much about all forms of construction that if he hires someone, he knows if they are doing the job right. 

In the walls of the master bathroom, under the kitchen sink/dishwasher, in the crawlspace and most scary in the tub drain while bathing our little girl!

They are enrolled in our master policy and charged for the premium monthly unless they provide proof of insurance. 

I did look at the master plan map but it was only for individual lots.

Have you seen the Jefferson Park master plan?
