Using Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to purchase real estate and, perhaps even more importantly, creating Smart Contracts or Tokenization to record real estate ownership etc… comes to mind.

U can still have a hiccup of course but generally speaking far safer than any junior or unsecured As you have a specific ownership interest that cant be deluded and is first priority in any BK

Hey Rollin,When transferring a property into an LLC from a personal loan of a business partner, you do have to update the title to reflect the new ownership structure.

Both structures are treated as investment real estate and subject to the same issues as a sole ownership rental property.
