For those that ask how the kids can destroy a house, here are some ideas:They can kick when they are angry, holes in walls, doors, and cupboards.They can pull out drawers in the bath and kitchen and climb them, snapping the drawers.They can break bowl type sinks that sit on the counter.They can spill fingernail polish all over the carpet, tile and hardwood floors.They can pee all over everywhere if not potty trained and mom lets them run around half naked. 

So I think I've nailed down one of the things that has been holding me back from real estate investing.

A dream which we fought tooth and nail for and earned every aspect of it.

Thankfully, we had a good backup plan and used what we learned in the first deal to nail it on the second. 

We were all flying high for a good number of years, then the number of str's grew so large that the locals lost their minds and started fighting tooth and nail against us.

If some one offers you 30K for it before driving a nail or dropping a dumpster, don't be afraid to take it and make a quick 15K.
