So my only fear would be having the 10 years come due right in the middle of a major economic crisis when little to no money is available for refi.

Since its my first deal I fear buying at the wrong time, though I know if the numbers make sense then that would take away most of the risk.I have a real estate investment book (by David Lindahl) that describes there being a various amount of phases: sellers market, sellers market stage two, buyers market stage one & two.

I worry that if we experience another market bubble like in 2008, the bank will assume that my property isn't worth the prior appraisal, and will try to discontinue the draw period in fear of not having enough collateral during a foreclosure.
