We were also able to purchase adjacent blighted properties to expand parking and also control the residents in the adjacent 6 unit apartment building.We are right over 10 years of ownership on this building and have had several movies/tv shows/music videos filmed there due to the retro styling.

The revenues should actually be 61k but app#1 in the basement is not for rent because it requires major renovations, therefore the income is 53k.

It's right by the freeway into downtown, next to the lake and one of the nicest beaches around, the district has one of the cities best music venues, and it's a decent working class suburb.

I had some serious enquiries, so I accepted one and then built the cabin the day before they arrived :)Since then I've been hosting on Airbnb and performing music and really enjoy the vacation rental thing SO much more than traditional land-lording.
