It was a lot harder and I wouldn't have recommended it in the past as you needed to either have an account with Leader Bank to make an EFT transfer for deposit unless you wanted to scan and upload a check - which was miserable

Ultimately, if you decide to evict them, they're going to be the ones making your life miserable because you live right next door, and they'll be pissed at your for expecting them to hold up their end of the deal.I say it again: Landlording is 80% people; only 20% property.

How should I approach this just continue with the eviction as I already am any suggestions to keep a good tenant when a bad tenant is trying to make things miserable for me and them?
