I read an article recently that said the younger generation is waiting until mid 30's before buying a house so you got Gen Z entering the rental market and the Millennials entering the buyers market.

You got older and younger millennials that completely invaded just the highway over the last 7-9 years.

I am a millennial and am used to opening bank accounts with ACH deposits.

Just behind them are millennials at about 74 million people.

A lot of my renters are millennials who don't have kids; or young families who are just trying to survive day to day and just want a safe, clean, nice place to live.  

I think your cash flow is decent for the area, so I don't agree with some of the others posters here from other area who know nothing about the Colorado market.Personally, the reason I prefer renting outside of Aurora is because my market renter is typically a single high salaried millennial.
