Well I went over to the residence 3 days later doors were locked and I knocked and no one answered the door so I assumed they were gone so I went in and the Tennants were sitting on the couch in the dark and no packing had even began.

Then she goes into this sob story about how hard her life is and that she been sleeping in her van for months and on people’s couch.

At night, at least once a week .... people come and dump everything from garbage, to refrigerators, to couches around my dumpster area and sometimes in the carport. 

It’s a program designed to  reward scum sucking sluggards that won’t drag their lazy two ton carcasses off the couch !
