Some are very specialized, like WPG (malls in B & C cities) or NXRT (apartments in B and C neighborhoods) or REITs that are self-storage facilities, medical tenants, or cloud data centers. 

So I thought how about the education market - universities - not college students but rather graduate and professional students (e.g. medical students who spend 4 years in one place).Targeted tenants.   

They're currently undergoing litigation to recover the property but don't expect to get much out of them unless they can garnish his wage from the VA.On the other hand, my father is a doctor and when starting at a new clinic, the doctors approached him to buy into the property.

But we were eligible for more so they wire it right to your bank and it does not record on your credit ( it's for doctors) but three kids thru college and his 14 years of college an loans money has been tight.we don't drive fancy cars or blow money.ISO WE thought since it doesn't show on your credit and it went into my account today and I already pulled my bank statement 2 month up till before it got deposited.Could I have someone write .e a check as a gift give it back after closiing so nervous.or any other ideas we are desperate.

I have a decent credit score (>750) but my brother has a much lower score (low 600's) due to some medical debt he incurred many years ago.

Are the debts doctor/hospital bills?  

Is it education or medical debts? 

But we explained she owned those properties with her son, he is a doctor, so maybe his income should be taken into consideration.

I guess I’m kind of a late bloomer, pursued a medical career out of college and that has dominated the last decade of my life.
