Any contractor recommendations or lender suggestions for short-term financing?

in 3 years you can pay off any mortgage 500,000 or less for $1,500 bucks.. or in 5 years a $477,000 mortgage for $100..I am implementing something new for the real estate industry, primarily to mortgage holders & the rent to own industry, as a shorter-term approach to be mortgage free, without cost being an obstacle ..

I had a duplex in FW long enough for it to be mortgage free. 

To make a long story short, I have always been interested in real estate, but I'm very unsure as to where to start.

We were there looking for another property that we could buy together on the beach that we could rent out as a short-term vacation rental.We we're living it up and having a fantastic time zip lining, eating delicious food, and seeing the monkeys in the wild.it seems like from the moment I returned from that trip in August 2022 the real estate market completely changed.

Long story short if you are worried about the deductible, I would not considering it's meant for a total loss situation.

Long story short we need get out of our comfort zone and aim higher (forced appreciation play/ nicer neighborhood, no cash-flow) or buy cheaper more distressed properties (cash).
