@Gregory Tran,This updated site, still has some "bugs" in it.When ever I'm on this site, I always use either a Laptop or a Desktop. 

If I buy a new laptop or tools, that can be deducted.

I mean, they left the cabinets and refer full of perfectly good food; closets full of clothes and shoes; alarm clocks; only things they seemed to take with them were laptops and one or two suitcases of clothing.

When adding the two buildings together into a single offer it was much easier to make the numbers work at a much less severe discount of their asking price. copying the numbers out of my spreadsheet using my phone is a pain so I'm waiting for a chance to sit down at my laptop to share them. 

I will be backpacking up there next week and may go radio silent on this thread for a few days.
