Surprisingly, in larger buildings we have found ratios as high as 1 laundry pair per 5 units and tenants seem more inclined to accept it.We have noted the following aspects when converting to en suite laundry:1) Commercial coin-op laundry machines are more expensive to acquire and maintain than residential units.
