I think that is where is can be a gray area. 

I have a company CHG Healthcare (national company) wanting to place a doctor for short term (3-6 months) in one of my houses around Grays Harbor.

If you can diy it’s not a huge expense, but expect it eventually.Another issue is polybutylene plumbing (cheap gray pipe).

There are other ways to get around this pesky law, but that's getting into gray area, and I'm not a lawyer, so take my words here with however much salt you feel necessary. 

The mastif is 8 yrs old, already gray in the face and basically just lays around all day.Overall otherwise great candidates with income (3x rent), credit scores (over 600) and past rental history (8 years at last place). 3 questions:1) would you rent to them and allow the dog?

My go-to colors are SW Agreeable Gray or Worldly Gray.

It's a gray area, not as easy as it is in the US but doable, you just have to know the right way to do it.

The answer lies in the gray area in my opinion.
