I would suggest an AirDNA report and any other documentation you can get from property managers, other hosts, etc. that support the higher income figure.

So either AirBnB thinks the new law doesn't apply to the cleaning fee, or they're still planning to do the same with that before July 1.In any case, it appears hosts will still be able to configure whatever fees they like for cleaning, pets, extra guests, whatever.

You may loose some of the protection from Airbnb, but in most of the stories I see Airbnb typically takes the guests side and holds host financially liable with no recourse in many disputes.
