Three months ago I quit my job and started a private practice (mental health).

However, my dilemma is NO cash to start up.

Any of you enrolled with NAR's AHP (association health plans)?

It's one of those situations where everyone knows everything about everyone else and i was definitely not aware of this dynamic when i decided to buy and move in.Getting back to my tenants/neighbors dilemma. 

You can probably live a better life style on 6k of w2 because of  Benefits  (health care being the big one)  Conventional loans are going to be tough, your income is going to be scrutinized more.  

The amount of Health professionals that live and work near the "Medical Mile", number of colleges with hungry student renters, and Amazon just greenlighted their distribution center here a few months ago. 

I’m guessing it’s impacting your state of mind, your sleep, maybe your health.
