There isn't a limit to how many but they are a great way to further protect your appliances and most importantly, your loved ones who just HAVE to curl their hair while taking a shower and listening to Metalica all at once.

I have a realtor and have begun getting MLS listings daily.

Many investors seem to take the approach that a PM is just an unnecessary added expense that they can handle themselves, but I know from experience that a great PM will usually rent your property more often, for more money...not to mention take the daily management grind off the owner's plate...freeing them up to do more deals!

The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod has helped me build some great habits and has helped me to prioritize my business on a daily basis.

Im not so nervous as im always around people daily however i do have some great question i would love to ask someone.

I personally like dark hardwood, but they present maintenance issues... dust and dirt, pet hair, scratching, etc.

My question is, why would I pay that kind of a valuation for a full-time business that requires a ton of daily work when I can get an apartment for about the same rate without the full-time business headaches?

My wife and I are expecting our first child in February and would love to have some cash flow outside of our daily jobs.

I've read 4 real estate books, watched the BP free course videos, listened daily to the BP podcast, etc.
